]]> Art Deco Bronze Bear Sculpture by Irenée Rochard (1930)
This elegant Art Deco bronze sculpture by renowned French artist Irénée Rochard (1906–1984) depicts a stylized bear in motion. Cast in the 1930s, the piece exemplifies Rochard’s mastery in capturing animal form and movement. Signed “Rochard”, the sculpture is made of solid bronze with a rich brown patina, highlighting its detailed and dynamic surface.
