Art Deco Bronze Sculpture Satyr with Flutes – Edouard Drouot, 1920

An elegant and expressive Art Deco bronze sculpture depicting a satyr playing flutes, created by the French sculptor Edouard Drouot, circa 1920.
Inspired by classical mythology, this refined composition captures the playful and sensual nature of the satyr, a symbol of music, nature, and hedonistic spirit.
Drouot masterfully combines academic sculptural tradition with the emerging stylization of the Art Deco period.
The sculpture is cast in high-quality bronze and mounted on a striking green marble base, creating a refined contrast and enhancing its decorative presence.
Signed “Drouot,” ensuring authenticity.

A sophisticated and collectible work, ideal for discerning collectors and lovers of mythological Art Deco sculpture.
