Antique bronze sculpture of a mouse eating sugar. Signed by the French artist Clovis Masson. Ca. 1880. Clovis Masson studied under Bayre, born in 1838, died in 1913. The sculpture stands on a red Belgian marble base and has a lovely patina. The two sugar cubes are in alabaster.
