This iconic Art Deco table lamp, titled “Enigme”, was designed by celebrated French sculptor and designer Max Le Verrier around 1925.

The lamp features a seated nude female figure holding a luminous globe, a powerful and poetic symbol typical of Le Verrier’s Art Deco vocabulary. Executed in patinated metal, the sculpture rests on a green marble base and is completed with an original crackled glass shade, creating a warm and atmospheric light.
