Art Deco Bronze Dancer – Matto (Marcel Bouraine), c. 1930

This elegant Art Deco bronze dancer sculpture was created by Matto, pseudonym of renowned French sculptor Marcel-André Bouraine. Cast by the Marcel Guillemard Foundry, the figure is gracefully posed and stands atop a luxurious Portor marble base.

Finished in a warm golden patina, the piece is signed “Matto” and remains in very good condition. A rare and refined example of French Art Deco bronze.
